About this wine
Frescobaldi Brut Metodo Classico is a Chardonnay sparkling wine from Trento DOC. Bottle fermentation is followed by at least twenty-four months on the lees. Its bright straw colour and fine, persistent bubbles accompany white-fleshed fruit, butter and bread-crust aromas, with pineapple and lemon adding further detail. The palate combines a smooth texture, refreshing acidity and a firm but measured body; a citrus-led finish prolongs the flavour. Chardonnay is grown using Pergola Trentina training. The wine has 12.5% alcohol and is available in 750 ml and 1.5 litre bottles. Pair it with seafood starters, fish dishes or aged cheeses.
