About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place for 10 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine undergoes extended ageing in oak barrels. The 2013 vintage was released six years after the harvest.
