About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit is hand-harvested from the estate’s vineyards on the Tuscan coast. The soils are predominantly clay and slate, and the vines are Guyot-trained.
Vinification
Grapes from the individual plots are vinified separately. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled cement tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same cement tanks for six months.
Tasting profile
Fresh and youthful.
