About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a 2.8-hectare vineyard on predominantly limestone and clay soils. The vines are around 20 years old and trained using the Guyot system.
Vinification
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. They undergo eight days of maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages partly in amphorae and partly in French oak barriques.
