About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown at 300–350 m above sea level on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September and carefully selected. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by extended skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks.
