Vinification and ageing
The estate's general practice is selected manual harvest, short to medium vinification at controlled temperatures and ageing in small oak barrels. No separate readable technical sheet for Dolcetto d'Alba gives wine-specific maceration, analytical values or production quantity.

The 2023 environmental-label page lists Standard 0.75 L. Packaging elements include brown glass bottle, cork, aluminium screw cap and paper cardboard case.
