Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie near Mamoiada in central Sardinia. The vines are more than 50 years old and give limited yields.
Vinification
The Riserva is produced only in vintages that the Sedilesu family considers exceptional, using a careful selection of the best grapes.

Label / history
Giuseppe and Grazia Sedilesu founded the family winery 35 years ago. After many years of selling their grapes to other producers, the family began making wine under its own name in 2000. Production doubled over the following decade, during which a new cellar was built.
The estate is now run by the founders’ three children and their families: Antonietta and her husband Emilio, Francesco and his wife Rosa, and Salvatore and his wife Mariella. Giuseppe and Grazia have 13 grandchildren. The winery sits on the administrative board of the Consorzio di Tutela del DOC Cannonau di Sardegna and participates in the La Strada del vino Cannonau project.
