About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit comes from 40-year-old vines in the Dule vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation and skin maceration take place at 30 °C for 20–25 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels for one year, followed by 10–12 months in bottle.
