About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the winery’s vineyards in Sannio, at 250–300 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in the second half of October. The grapes macerate on their skins for 18 days before fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in a 500-litre tonneau.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in Tronçais and Allier oak barrels.
