About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie on the northern slope of Mount Etna. The vines are up to 40 years old and grow in sandy volcanic soil rich in minerals.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, placed in small crates and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in steel vats.
