About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards on Mount Etna.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, placed in small crates and taken to the winery, where they are crushed and gently pressed. Maceration takes place in stainless-steel vats for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks.
