About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards, where the soils are rich in alluvial deposits.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and macerated on their skins for 8–10 days at a controlled temperature of 20–25 °C. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 12–13 °C.
