About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are pressed, and the resulting juice is partially fermented in stainless-steel tanks using the Asti Spumante method. Fermentation is stopped by rapidly chilling the wine when it reaches 5.5% alcohol.
Tasting profile
A distinctive aroma of wild rose characterises the wine.
Label / history
The name La Rosa Selvatica refers to the wine’s wild rose aroma. A rose also appears on the label.
