About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the production areas of Paternopoli and Montefalcione, planted on volcanic soils at an altitude of 550 m.
Vinification
A long vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks, with frequent pumping over of the must.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in oak and acacia barrels, followed by a further year in bottle.
Tasting profile
Striking and refined, with a mysterious, reserved character and a sensual side. The palate is dense.
