About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from two vineyards. The older site lies in southern Neive on an east-facing hillside; its juicy grapes ripen quickly and contribute additional alcohol. The younger vineyard is in the heart of Roero, with a northeast exposure that preserves freshness and bright acidity.
Vinification
The two sites are vinified separately using traditional methods, with fermentation conducted at different temperatures. After ten days on the lees, the wines are blended.
Ageing
The blended wine matures for a further five months.
Tasting profile
Intense yet refined, with aromas of peach and flowers and delicate acidity.
