About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Vigna Bussia” vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and pressed at the winery without destemming. The must settles overnight in a temperature-controlled stainless-steel tank. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks over several days, followed by 20 days of post-fermentation maceration.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
Label / history
Annual production is 2,000–3,000 bottles.
