About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Ronchi vineyard in the commune of Barbaresco.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and cold-macerated for several days. Fermentation with pump-overs takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by two weeks of post-fermentation maceration and malolactic fermentation in the same type of vessel.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels of various sizes.
