About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on the west-facing hillside of the Vigna Le Chiese vineyard.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and cold-macerated for two days. Fermentation lasts eight days and is followed by a second maceration.

Rich, with excellent acidity.

Pair with meat or Italian appetisers.
Label / history
The name comes from the vineyard’s previous owner.
