About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese fruit comes from two vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted, with only the best berries retained. Donato Lanati oversees the winemaking, which takes place exclusively in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine remains on its lees for almost a year.
Tasting profile
Delicate and approachable, with notes of almond.
