About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese fruit comes from young vineyards in Rovereto, Piedmont, near the Apennines. Yields are 80 quintals per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, and the must ferments at controlled temperatures.
Ageing
The wine is not aged in barrels.

Label / history
La Giustiniana is a historic 110 ha estate owned by the Lamborghini family. A Benedictine monastery was founded on the site in the 9th century. Most of the estate’s cellars are modern, while one dates from the 17th century and was recently restored.
