About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Gallina” vineyard, at 270 m above sea level. The vines are 35–45 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October.
Ageing
The wine spends 20–22 months in French oak barrels, followed by about one year in bottle in La Spinetta’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Delicate, refined and elegant, with a broad range of aromas and flavours.
