About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto, in the hills east of Lake Garda, on glacial and alluvial soils.
Vinification
The grapes macerate on their skins for five days, giving the must its pink hue. The must is then separated from the sediment and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15–16 °C.
Before bottling, the filtered wine is chilled to eliminate microbes. The bottles are treated with hot steam, rinsed thoroughly with sterilized water and filled while the wine is cold. They are sealed using a process that keeps the space beneath the cork free of oxygen.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks before sterile, cold-line bottling.
