About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically, then macerated for 8 hours in a chilled vertical press. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine remains in the same stainless-steel tanks for 4 months at a constant temperature.
Tasting profile
Rich and bright, with naturally high acidity and an expressive, supple palate.
