About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are at 310 metres above sea level, with a south-eastern exposure and clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo four hours of cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 16 °C and is stopped by rapidly lowering the temperature to −3 °C.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with pastries, cakes, fruit pies, ice cream and biscuits.
