About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, after which the free-run juice is separated from the skins. Fermentation proceeds at 18 °C for 6–8 days. Once fermentation is complete, the temperature is lowered to 5 °C to prevent malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks for 4–5 months, developing greater aromatic complexity and fullness. After cold stabilization and bottling, it matures further in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Delicate, fresh, fruity, aromatic and lively.
Label / history
Gian Piero Marrone dedicated the wine to his three daughters, who continued his work and now work alongside him at the winery. “Tre Fie” means “three daughters” in Piedmontese dialect.
