About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Cortese grapes are grown in vineyards in Gavi, in sunny Piedmont. Gavi is a traditional source of Italian white wines with refreshing fruit flavours and excellent structure.

Vinification

The wine follows the classic method for dry whites. Every stage takes place in stainless steel tanks, including stabilisation and maturation.

Serving and pairing

Served as cold as possible, it makes an aperitif. It also pairs with light appetisers, pasta with complex sauces and a variety of fish dishes.
