About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Favorita vines grow on the slopes of the Langhe hills, at approximately 300 m above sea level. They were planted in 1995.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the first week of October and taken immediately to cold rooms at the winery, where they are chilled to 6 °C. Skin-contact maceration lasts approximately four hours, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for five months.

Elegant and balanced, with good structure and a complex, lingering palate.
