About this wine
Vinification
Immediately after harvest, the grapes are taken to the winery, sorted and pressed. The must settles for several days before fermenting in oak barrels at 13–15 °C for about one month.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees in the same barrels for one month to aid stabilization, followed by one year of maturation in oak barrels.
