About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese vines were planted in 1990.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, usually in the first week of October. The whole bunches are gently pressed and vinified. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine spends 7 months on the fine lees.
