About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, then pressed and fermented for 10 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with simple Italian dishes.
