About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from the hills of Montalcino, on stony soil that holds the day's heat and releases it during the cool night. Warm breezes move through the vines, and natural air circulation on the slopes keeps them healthy. The terroir helps the grapes ripen evenly and develop their own character.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand, so that only the ripest are selected. Fermentation takes place at a controlled 30 °C in 100 hL stainless steel tanks, with about 15 days of maceration. This approach preserves the freshness of the fruit, balances the structure and brings out the character of the vintage.

Ageing

The wine rests for 3 months in bottle, which brings harmony and stability.
