About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and undergo overnight maceration at low temperature. The skins are separated from the must the following day. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in an autoclave to achieve the intended residual sugar level.
Tasting profile
Fresh and well structured, with an elegant, light character and pleasant fruitiness. Pinot Nero contributes a distinctive character.
