About this wine

Grapes

Corvina, also known as Corvina Veronese, generally accounts for up to 70% of the blend.

Ageing

The wine ages for six months in 60–90 hl Slavonian oak barrels. Twenty per cent of the Corvina is matured in new barrels made from French Allier and Slavonian oak. After blending, the wine rests for one month in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Tasting profile

Rich, with high acidity and delicate bitter-almond notes on the palate.
