About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the volcanic slopes of Soave, which receive the gentle warmth of the morning first.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. A portion undergoes cold maceration for one day at 5 °C, while most of the juice ferments at 12–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months: 80% in steel and 20% in oak barrels. The oak-aged portion adds depth and body to the final blend.

Fragrant, delicate and distinctive, with a soft, balanced character.
