About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The production area is identified as the hills of Lavis, with the technical sheet specifying vineyards on the hills of Pressano and Sorni. The vines are trained to the simple Trentino pergola on moraine-derived, loam-clay soils.

Grapes

100% Nosiola.

Tasting profile

Straw yellow with green highlights. The delicate, fresh and fruity aroma carries a subtle hazelnut and dried-fruit note. The palate is dry, light and elegant, combining fruit with pronounced freshness and acidity before a pleasantly bitter finish.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 10–12°C and open at the time of serving. A suitable aperitif, it pairs with speck, prosciutto crudo, raw fish starters, trout baked in foil or grilled, and fish, vegetable, legume or lentil soups. Preferably enjoyed young; its acidity makes it particularly suited to summer drinking.
