About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Morando’s vineyards are situated in the hills of the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed, after which the must is chilled. The juice ferments in sealed stainless-steel tanks according to the Charmat-Martinotti method and is then bottled under pressure. This process retains the wine’s Muscat aroma and freshness.
Tasting profile
The wine has a distinctive Muscat aroma and a fresh palate.
Label / history
Morando was founded in the late nineteenth century to preserve Piedmont’s winemaking traditions.
