About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Morando’s vineyards are located in the hills of the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed and cooled. The juice is transferred to sealed stainless-steel tanks for fermentation using the Charmat method, before the wine is bottled under pressure.
Label / history
Morando was founded in the late 19th century with the aim of preserving Piedmont’s winemaking traditions.
