About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. Before vinification, the must is held in a refrigerated chamber at a strictly controlled 0 °C to prevent fermentation. It is then transferred to pressurized tanks, heated to 15 °C and fermented until the pressure reaches 5 bar.
Tasting profile
The wine has the distinctive, recognizable taste and aroma associated with Moscato.
