About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the hills of the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria. Local soils and a cool climate contribute to the grapes’ refreshing, crisp character.
Vinification
Fermentation lasts around 10 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, using a traditional method. The wine is then stabilized and filtered.
Label / history
Morando was founded in the late nineteenth century.
