About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard is situated at 300 metres above sea level on mineral-rich marl soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, chilled for 12 hours, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures on its fine lees in stainless-steel vessels for 9–12 months, followed by at least 18 months in bottle in the estate’s cellars before release.
Tasting profile
Rich and fruity, with a mineral character and high acidity. With age, its flavours become more expressive, mature and complex.
