About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards at around 300 metres above sea level in Sermoria, Comune di Gavi. The soils comprise clay, marl and limestone.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand and chilled for 12 hours before destemming and gentle pressing. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matured in stainless-steel tanks for nine months, followed by at least six months in bottle.
