About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The estate-owned vineyard lies in the commune of Gavi at 300 m above sea level, on mineral-rich marl soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and chilled for 12 hours before destemming and gentle pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks. After filtration and bottling, it rests for a further 4–6 months in the estate’s cellars before release.
Tasting profile
Delicate and elegant, with a rich range of floral and fruit notes on the nose and palate.
