About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard is situated within the Gavi DOCG appellation at an altitude of 300 metres, on mineral-rich marl soils.
Vinification
Healthy, ripe grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed. The resulting must ferments in stainless-steel tanks under continuous temperature control.
Ageing
The wine continues to develop in bottle, gaining greater depth of flavour and aroma.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with ripe, rich fruit and a mineral character.
