About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Sermoria, Comune di Gavi, at approximately 300 m above sea level, on clay, marl and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically, carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks, followed by at least three months in bottle.
