About this wine
Vinification
Sixty per cent ferments in stainless-steel tanks for 25–30 days. The remaining 40% ferments in French oak barrels and undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 8–10 months in stainless-steel tanks and 225-litre French oak barrels.

Label / history
The wine pays tribute to the Negretti family’s ancestors. “Dada” was the family’s affectionate name for their grandmother Adriana, after whom it is named.
