About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo comes from the south-facing plots of the “Bricco Ambrogio” vineyard. The vines were planted in the 1950s in soils composed mainly of white clay and limestone.
Vinification
The must ferments with native yeasts in Austrian oak barrels, with 25–30 days of skin contact at controlled temperatures.
Ageing
Before bottling, the wine matures for 36 months in large 2,500 L casks.
