About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated on their skins for three weeks. Fermentation then takes place for four weeks in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for at least two years in oak barrels, 20% of them new, followed by a further three months in bottle before release.
Tasting profile
Deep in colour, with a rich, full flavour and a slightly firm finish. With age, it becomes rounder and more elegant.
