About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese grapes are grown on the hills of Gavi in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when they reach their optimal sugar level, then gently pressed at the winery. The wine is made by a traditional white winemaking method in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

Suited as an aperitif. It pairs with light salads, seafood and grilled fish.
