Vineyard and terroir
Erbaluce is grown around Caluso, in the Turin area of Piedmont.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its natural juiciness.

Elegant, fresh and mineral, with a delicate fruity aroma, natural juiciness and a refined tart edge.
Label / history
Erbaluce has been popular in Piedmont since Ancient Roman times, although it remains little known elsewhere in Italy.
