About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

La Rustìa is made from a strict selection of Erbaluce grown in hillside vineyards. Only bunches whose berries have developed a golden colour are chosen.

Grapes

100% Erbaluce.

Vinification

Careful fruit selection and close control throughout vinification are presented as the foundations of the wine’s character.

Tasting profile

Pale yellow with lighter yellow reflections. The moderately intense bouquet combines sage and other aromatic herbs with fresh white peach and ripe grapefruit. The palate is firm, consistent and notably persistent, ending with a mineral impression.

Serving and pairing

Suitable for rice dishes, fish, fresh shellfish and vegetables.

Label / history

The name “La Rustìa” refers to the rigorous selection of the grapes.
